PT. KARYA HARAPAN (or known as KAHA GROUP) was born from a noble expectation of how a business is able to deliver value and prosperity for the people.
KAHA Group whic is well known today did not start from the travel agency, but starting from business and the delivery of livestock (cattle, horses and buffalo) from eastern Indonesia to Java in 1975.
The company continues to grow and thrive. The owner then built new companies that support the core business such as freight & cargo, shipping agency, telecommunication kiosk, until the birth of KAHA TOUR & TRAVEL in August 1992.
From a small office located in 119-121 KH. Mas Mansyur street, Surabaya, now KAHA Group has grown by leaps and bounds. 58 branch offices and sales counters now exist in almost all corners of Indonesia’s major cites and across the country even to Jeddah, Kuala Lumpur, Dubal & Hong Kong and keep growing !
Currently KAHA Groups has been widely recognized. not only as a sales agent in Hotel Voucher, but also as a major provider who provide ‘One Stop’ excellent services for all purposes of business or tourism such as transportation services, ground handling, airlines ticket, event & MICE management, inbound and outbound tours, e-commerce which are all integrated on-line.
To improve services for its customer, KAHA Group will be implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and publishes “KAHA Access”, a special program that will strengthen the relationship and will provide additional benefits to customers.
